Keith DeCandido

Author

Keith R.A. DeCandido has written more than fifty novels, more than a hundred short stories, around seventy-five comics and graphic novels, and a truly absurd amount of nonfiction. He’s written in the worlds of more than thirty licensed universes from Alien to Zorro, and also in worlds of his own creation, taking place in the fictional cities of Cliff’s End and Super City and the somewhat real locales of New York and Key West. Recent and upcoming work includes the novels Mermaid Precinct, Phoenix Precinct, A Furnace Sealed, and Alien: Isolation; novellas in the worlds of the game Summoners War and of Keith’s own Super City Cops series; the graphic novels Icarus and Jellinek; and short fiction in the anthologies Across the Universe, Unearthed, Thrilling Adventure Yarns, Brave New Girls: Adventures of Gals & Gizmos, Footprints in the Stars, and Release the Virgins! Keith’s commentary on popular culture appears regularly on Tor.com, he’s a third-degree black belt, a musician (currently percussionist for the Boogie Knights), and possibly some other stuff he can’t remember due to the lack of sleep.
